I will not buy lazy boy anymore. I bought a rocker chair one of the pading in the arm is saging and the cushion has more pading on one side then the other. since I pick up the chair I don't have in home service.i have to bring it back to the store .the manager would not help. I email the general manager no response.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked with me to get the best price on a new sofa. I needed delivery in a couple days and they worked it in when someone else canceled a delivery. Finally they followed up on a better sale price after my purchase. I would definitely go back for future furniture purchases.
Salesman was very helpful and patient. Furniture is high quality construction. All American made, unlike a lot of other stores. Unfortunately their name causes confusion. Previous to this, my first visit, i assumed it was a store full of nothing but La-Z-Boy recliners. To my surprise, they have much more than recliners! Purchased furniture & will update review after delivery.
Love this Lazy Boy. Lots to choose from and good prices. Salespeople are all very helpful.
