We liked the look of the bedroom set but went elsewhere due to lack of customer service. I’m unsure how they handle other situations but I would think twice.

Our salesman Joe was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend that you ask for Joe to help you. Marlee was pleasent as well. Our over well experience was awesome with Joe. I recommend you go to Kane's for any furniture that you need. Please ask for Joe if he is there.

Never, ever shopping at Kane's again. I'd rather order furniture off Amazon or head to Rooms to Go. Everyone on Kane's customer service team has been so flippant and acts as if I'm personally attacking them when all I want is to have my new bedroom set together in time for the holidays. I'm sorry I'm asking you for a confirmation number or your name for some accountability. Oh wait, I'm not. (See? I can be flippant too.)

Purchased a Full size bedroom set back at the end of August. They delivered a Queen set and obviously my mattress was too small. Management offers to order the Full set and they wont charge me for the return of the Queen to cut me a break (I mean, it's their mistake, but whatever). Cue a ONE MONTH wait for a Full set to be sent in. The set finally comes in on 11/6 and when the delivery person installs it, they used the rails from the Queen set for a reason that I still cannot wrap my head around. So at least my headboard is right, but my mattress is still too small to go on the sleigh I purchased.

Bought two couches last week at a savings of 4 hundred dollars each. (Black Friday sale) Delivery was scheduled for the following Saturday. Delivery was on time in the four hour window as promised. The couches we're assembled and set up by two gentlemen who couldn't have been nicer. We're very happy with every aspect of this purchase.

Rooms to go even called me the next day to see if I was happy with the delivery men....

Less then inspired by their customer service. Price was marked incorrectly. Salesman took the sign down and crumpled it up. When asked to honor the listed price the salesman said no and that he could not find the crumpled up page and couldn’t remember where he threw it out.

That's fine, whatever, I'm patient and I'll speak to management to get it fixed. Management offers to set a service appointment for 11/9 and get the rails switched out for me. No delivery truck came or confirmation call so I call the store and get given a runaround (New Port Richey store had me call the Sarasota store for some reason, who then redirected me to New Port Richey yet again). But the absolute kicker? Management never scheduled my service appointment. So now I wait yet again for someone to come on out. But wait, there's more. I get told from the service advisor that someone has to come out and look at my mis-sized rails before they order the proper size and can install them for me.

NOTICE HOW THE OWNER ONLY RESPONDS TO THE GOOD REVIEWS...THAT SHOULD SAY SOMETHING IN ITSELF...

My rails are somewhere in their warehouse as we speak, because the delivery man didn't use them on my bed. So now I have to wait for someone to come out and tell me that the rails are mis-sized before they can use the rails I purchased.

Read their reviews on the corporate office first BEFORE you buy from kanes...their furniture stinks and so does their customer service and their employees...they are rude and will NEVER help you...it's a shame the owner doesn't know what's going on...if he does know then he is just as bad as his workers are...thank God I only bought a kitchen sent and not the rest of the furniture for my house...they lost out on 4 bedroom sets, master bedroom ,living room set for my loft and living room and a dining room set...I went to ROOMS TO GO...my furniture was absolutely in TERRIFIC condition in boxes and delivery was fast and everything was set up...I AM NOW ENJOYING MY FURNITURE FROM ROOMS TO GO.....
