If your looking for a great rent to own store this is the place. The application process was easy and straight forward. They offer free delivery and set up which is very convenient. They have a nice selection of furniture and electronics. No complaints here.
They are very helpful at this location. Ive never had any problems with them.
Ha this company is a complete JOKE!! Be warned do not come near this place. If i could give them negative stars i would, they will harass you none stop and when you try to pay the idiots they mess up the payment and its put on you!!! Already have a lawyer involved to sue this sorry excuse of a company. If you need to rent something DO NOT GO HERE!!!! You're better off going to Rent a center or another place.
I have been a customer for a long time now and never had a problem until recently since I always pay ahead and on time. Recently i made a big payment and was sure to ask about my balance and was told i had a certain amount left to be paid. I was told that price would not change! Apparently, the amount he told me was incorrect. When i questioned them about this they said " he must have been new, we have gone through a lot of new employees" They said they would have the manager contact me the next day..... Still waiting on that call! If i wasnt so far in i would just give the furniture back and walk away. Unfortunately, i have already put a lot of money into it and feel that would be a waste. I will continue to pay and when im done i will wash my hands of this place. Through the years i have used them and paid off quite a few items. I have also sent many people to them and that will no longer be happening!!! I dont mind paying my bills but i do mind being told one thing from one person just to he told something else by another. Seems dishonest to me. Also, very strange i havent gotten that call back yet.
