Wow what amazing and outstanding old fashioned customer service. Today is the 1 year anniversary of my father's passing. It is the first year that my mother has had to spend alone after 47 years of marriage. I ordered flowers from FTD Florist to ensure that she had them on the day of his passing as I live several states away and she is on her own. I received a call from FTD Florist at 3:30pm Eastern to tell me that they could not delivery until tomorrow - no explanation and no resolution. I canceled the order and called NPR Florist at now 4pm Eastern - with the shop set to close at 5pm, within the hour. I explained the situation and with out hesitation the lady on the other end said "we will make sure they are on your Mother's Doorstep today". Amazing and truly grateful - angles come in all forms. Thank you!
Edit: I did not order them, my grandfather did. I'm sure he will call you about it. You accepted the rather large payment but we did not receive flowers.

Forgot the flowers to my great grandmothers funeral. Great going, gave them more than a day of notice and it was the flowers to go across her casket. Never go here.
