Just received the flowers. What a beautiful arrangement. I hope they last. Nice surprise from my sister in Michigan.
I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a Family memeber. I was extremely disappointed with my order it looked nothing like the picture. I was quite embarrassed when I saw a picture of the arrangement I spent $90 for. I called the Florist to discuss my order, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes so I sent am email no response.
Very disappointed with the quality of arrangement sent from Holiday Florist. The arrangement that was sent looked nothing like the picture on the FTD website. I know it can't look exactly the same, but this wasn't even close. I called Holiday Florist to complain, they basically said too bad. I would never use Holiday Florist again.
Ordered a sympathy arrangement online, arrived the very same day. It was absolutely beautiful! Will definitely order again!
