I ordered a boutonniere and needed to change the color at the last minute. The florist was clearly very busy but took the time to help me. She was very generous and kind. I will definitely go here again.
Not at seen online flowers were listed as multple pink and purple flowers and red roses. The only thing consistent were the roses. Very disappointed. Discussed with the florist and they offered to redo the arrangements or send a smaller arrangements. So very nice on customer service.

I ordered a hydrangea plant online, the owner called to tell me that my order was approved by accident but that she didn't get those hydrangea plants anymore because they never came looking like the picture online. She offered me a lot of other options to choose from and we discussed what type of flower arrangement and colors I would like. They did a really beautiful arrangement that I think normally would have cost more than what I originally ordered. Those flowers have been keeping my grandma company in the hospital for a week already and they still look great!
