I call bull on this company and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

This place is very very well maintained.

Roach infestation. I rented two units from this location one on the outside and one inside a building. In 5 months I had problems with roaches with the unit inside the building and sugar Ann with a unit that was outside. Even after having them spray and not having access to the unit for a week straight I was still forced to pay for the days I didn't have access. I was also told that the roach problem was resolved. When I got to my new apartment and started opening up boxes I had nothing but roaches. And just 4 boxes six roaches came out. With the unit outside the building I had ants inside my washer dryer and on top of my children's mattresses and several boxes. Let's not mention the leak on both sides of the unit inside the building that caused black mold on half my items and the walls.

This place could be a 10+ if one of their employees learned how to treat people with a customer service mentality, and not treat customers like they were inmates in lockup in a prison. One employee has totally ruined my opinion of this place. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Because I am not paying a monthly rate, they want to now charge me for the 5 extra days that my stuff is being stored in their unit.

I have been a loyal paying customer here for a little over a year now. I started with a large storage unit that was weather controlled, not the best on prices, thats for sure, however I did feel as though they were down to earth and very friendly...always worked with me whenever I needed to reduce my unit size and they gave me a grace period on my due date.

When I no longer needed the unit, I came by on the 3rd of Aug. And removed mostly all of the items, but couldn't fit everything in my truck. I own my business and work only on Sat., Sun. And Mon. What a coincidence, right? I have until the 5th, but wasn't able to come back until the 6th. I shouldn't have assumed that they would work with me, but I did and so, when I spoke with the office the young lady told me that after the 5th, a late fee would be added to my account of $10. So now I have to PAY to remove the rest of my items. My fiance called Fri. Aug 4th (today) and spoke with a guy at the office who told him that not only do we have to PAY THEM the $10 late fee but also a $15 PRO RATE IN ORDER TO GET BACK INTO MY UNIT.
