I just arrived from NH with my bike in tow and my chain was tangled up in my sprocket. I brought it in this morning, Laura and Al put the bike on the rack, untangled the chain, tested it, all at no charge! They did make a couple of shekels, as I purchased some Finish Line Wet Bike Lubricant for my dry chain. They were happy people, very customer focused and I've found my new bike shop here in Trinity!

Always friendly, professional and courteous! If they don't have something in stock they get it for you quickly!!!! Wonderful bike shop!

We just purchased a bike for my son from this shop. Tony was very helpful and he answered all of our questions. He got down to our son's level and talked to him and made sure that he was comfortable on the bike. Very personalized service! We will happily be a customer of this shop from now on!

This review is for both Trinity and Neptune cyclery, same outfit(same assclowns actually). I took my Giant bicycle here Thu. last week for a tune-up. I paid $65 for this service which I consider kind of high, but I don't feel the need to become a bicycle mechanic in order to do it myself. I picked the bike up on Fri. and went out for a ride on Mon. The front brakes were rubbing when I rode the bike, makes for a difficult ride. The brakes were fine when I took the bike in for service. So they charged me $65 and broke my bike. I took it back and they told me my spring was the problem and fixed it. This was working fine before I took it to them. Assclowns.

Love stopping in to check out new gear. And always willing to order if something is not in stock. Liv is my next new bike....
