We have been taking our two big dogs to Lil animal hospital for many years. We seen so many not so good changes since VCA took over. Higher prices for veterinarian care for two big dogs. To many changes with the staff and management. And veterinarians. No more kitty shelter. They kept telling me that the shelter is full when it's not. And coming to find out through the person at the front desk told me that they are no longer doing the kitty shelter and that they do not see it coming back. Now, we have been checking all animals hospitals within our area. To find the best possible affordable care that we can get. We're planning on saying good bye to this once animal hospital which it was the most best place to bring your dog and cat to. We are no longer happy with this hospital. To no thanks to VCA for destroying this once most wonderful place and feel so comfortable and most trustworthy place for all animals to go to. Very sad to see what a huge corporation have done to this once excellent hospital all because of their greed for huge profits to benefit them self and not for the animals and the care takers. Very very sad!!!
I absolutely love this place. They treat my pets as if they are the their own. Tracy at the front desk is absolutely the definition of great customer service, and Dr. Wendt is so friendly and caring. I will recommend VCA little animal hospital to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!
Great place to bring pets pricing is fair and the doctors are knowledge and they carry medicine and food/treats for your animals great place
I am very disappointed with the experience we’ve had at the VCA recently. One of our cats (Remus) has a urinaly problem, and needed his prescription food refilled. We went in, and not only did he not get a full exam, they didn’t even do a urinalysis to check on him. And this recent time we went, we had an appointment for 3, and we didn’t get seen until 4:30. Granted there was an emergency, but it felt like they could have handled it better. When we finally got seen, Freddie got an exam, and they said that Remus would get an exam at the same time as vaccinations since he has anxiety. We waited some more, and then were told they would take them in the back to do their vaccinations due to the emergency. That alone made us uncomfortable. But they were gone like 15 seconds, which means Remus, yet again, didn’t get an exam that we had to pay for. And today Freddie is not feeling well after his vaccines. We were given no heads up that there could be any adverse reactions. These past two visits have put a very bad taste in our mouths, and we will not be returning.
I love the staff here. They are friendly and informative. Always available for folliw up questions and they treat the animals like family
