Had a broken water line. Could not get ahold of water company to shut off water. They came out very fast and was not able to shut off either. How ever they were able to fix broken line !! Can not thank you enough for your speedy service.
Called rotor rooter for emergency water leak (house was flooding! Shut off not working right) they never came and I waited all night! At 7am I called Tom and he came out in a few hours and got right to work. Thank god. Will keep toms number for future problems.
Our water heater started leaking so we called Tom Shell. Tom Jr came out within a few hours with a new water heater and replaced it. He was fast and did a great job. He also discovered that our iron filter hadn't been turned on! We've been having serious iron problems and he "fixed" the problem by simply letting us know what the problem was. FINALLY. They also quoted a price before they came and it wasn't any different when the was done with the job. We had a great experience with them.
