The selection is really good and I always end up having the issue of debating over options. I enjoy shopping here and it's become the only pet store I go to because of the location and enjoyable experience.
We definitely will not be visiting this store again. We paid $50 for a hamster cage. When we got home and opened the box, one of the latches were broken. We took it back and exchanged it for the same one. When we got home, we opened the box, and go figure the EXACT same latch is broken. At this point we were pretty frustrated, so we called the store and spoke to the manager Dru. She refused to refund our money because we had already made 1 exchange. In fact, she did everything but come out and say it was directly our fault the latches were broke. A direct quote from the conversation is "It is very uncommon for the same thing to be broken in 2 cages. Now I'm not saying anything, but it is very uncommon. Because you've already made an exchange we can not refund your purchase."
Nice store. Need a larger selection of cat health care products. I was specifically looking for l-lysine, there was only one choice.
Great prices, selection & great staff! Had a question about a brand & before I could ask, an employee approached me to see if he could help me in any way. Would definitely recommend!
The employees are very helpful and friendly at thos store.
So I have a three legged corgi who is a bit of an IG star. When I go here I'm always filming and taking pictures with my pup for his account. I'm sure the people that work there think I'm insane, but they never say so. lol They always smile and greet you when you walk in, offer to help you find products, or leave you to debate over stuff in your own if you wish.
Definitely will not be returning!
Posting more here on this page would help promote customer appreciation. And having someone at the store actually posting pictures from events , sales, and discounted items. Didn't know there was a vet on site every Sunday till yesterday.
