This is the beauty of old Florida preserved in its natural state. Cabins are available for overnight stays. There are extensive biking and hiking trails. Daytime picnic areas dot the park as well. I highly recommend this for the casual daytripper as well as the more adventurous outdoors type.
I stayed here just a couple weeks ago, had a great time. Seen plenty of wildlife, great hiking trail. Be sure to bring your own water cause there is none while your out on the trails. Clean facilities, just all around a great place
Great park for families. Great place to run or bike the trails on. They have plenty of good hiking trails too. They also host some good events here like star-gazing.
Such a beautiful place. The nature is so peaceful and relaxing. They have many trails for walking, hiking, bike trails, and more. They also have tent camping, cabins, and primitive.
Awesome park you could get lost I did lol I was walking the hiking path and then got to the off road bike path and got lost for like an hour lol. I have to say the off road bike path was lovely very nice it wasn't all dandy like the hiking path. But if you go to walk bring water and bug spray. So many mosquitos trust me bug spray is needed.
