My indoor, air conditioned unit. Apparently isnt air conditioned. And within the last month with the weather had a leak in the ceiling. Over $1000 worth of damage to my property, and im paying almost $90 and month for this. And all im told is pay for a different unit, or get my stuff out. Bad business.
Our units are climate controlled not air conditioned. The maintenance manager did go and check your unit with you and there was NO water on the floor and nothing in the unit was wet. He seen 1 little drip from the ceiling. You then came back in the office and was a bully.
Great facility.... They stay on top of everything and make sure the facility is tip top. Nice and secure and lit well during the night hours which is very important to me.
You did threaten to take us to small claims court and of course that is your right. We do not respond well to being bullied and/or threatened.

This review is in reply to Pabst Blueribbon (why don't you use your real name?) I am 1 of the managers here and your review is NOT true. We asked to see your damaged property and you said you had already gotten rid of it. If we do not have documentation, pictures and cannot see damaged property, then how do we know there was damage to your property. You wanted free rent for your damage property and we said NO. We said you could transfer to another unit of the same size right beside your unit and you said NO. We did try to help you. We asked if you had insurance on your property being stored and you said NO. This is your responsibility to have insurance on your property not ours. Our lease states we do not provide insurance and you store at your own risk or get your own insurance.
We are a 5 star nice clean facility and this review is from a bully who was just trying to get free rent, nothing more.
