Typically, I've always had an OK experience here. A few times I felt like some of the front staff was a little snippy but, considering the variety of characters they have to deal with on a daily basis I can't say I blame them.
Is anyone freaking working there today???? 3 hours sitting on the phone and NO answer. Last day to pay a traffic ticket but you know they won't give you any leniency even though the problem is them . Try to call the office and tell them i've been calling all day and on hold for 2 hrs at the time and they just transfer my call back to wait system. BS!!!!

Your call is important to them, yet it takes them 35-45 minutes to answer.Horrible service.You can save time and drive there.
The records department is completely incompetent. They have no knowledge of Florida laws regarding the releasing of court records that are specifically open to the public. Those women need to be fired.
