Very Great service, some of the most Professional Gentleman I've encountered In The area and rental car business. The owner Jose, is very knowledgeable and informative about all questions and very paintent, even the other staff members are hilarious and make it fun just standing around!
The owner of this location was a fantastic customer service representative. Prior to my visit, I called the 1-800, was given misinformation several times, after asking specific questions that pertained to my situation. In the end, their blatant untruths made my rental impossible to complete. But, the gentleman at this location, was very friendly, and even stayed a few minutes late for me, although it was for naught, either way, his hands were tied due to corporate polices. Dealing with him specifically was great, 1-800, not so much.

Worst customer service ever. The rep kept talking about hurrying us out so he could go home and was real shady about the insurance on the car and just asked us if we are going to Take care of the car like it was a generic question and we said yes, because of course we are going to take car of the car. He then charged us $30 and when we caught it he was like oh well I charged it. He didn't even offer to fix his mistake. Will never go back
